2.0 Review 2018

Image
👩‍💼 Priyanka Sharma March 20, 2019 ⏱️ 10:30 AM 2.0 movie review Bollywood censorship was to censor a movie based on its potential of adding value to the society, I bet this movie would not have satisfied the criteria (at least if the censor board consisted of mindful people). This movie, in my opinion, tops the list of being the most senseless, over-melodramatic, aimless movie that Indian Cinema has produced in an entire century. 2.0 movie Bollywood Just to make sure that people don't get me wrong, I am not a so called 'hater' of any particular type of cinema. Neither do I have anything against any particular type of 'genre' that movies belong to.  I normally don't even write movie reviews since I FM believe that the nature of cinema is very subjective and different people have the right to think differently about the same content. Its just that after watching this one, wasting 3 hours of my precious life, I couldn't resist but to inform the p...

Movie review : Mission Impossible Fallout 2018

Image
There are a lot of good things to say about this movie. I am glad it’s doing well. M ission: Impossible 6 has the crazy coincidence of being the same initials as MI6, British intelligence. It is a somewhat exhilarating, somewhat exhausting, very engaging movie to watch. The only movie I’ve ever seen that has its level of intensity is Harrison Ford’s Air Force One movie. There are two things that make it more intense: 1) There are almost no scenes which come between the action scenes. It’s usually one action scene leading to a brief conclusion and then going straight into the next. 2) More importantly, the 15-minute time pressure they have toward the end to prevent a nuclear poisoning of Central Asia’s water is DONE IN REAL TIME, and you feel every minute of the pain they feel as they’re fighting several battles at a time, including Tom Cruise doing unimaginably dangerous stunts from a helicopter. He is a madman for physical action and has only met his match with Harrison Ford among a...

Simba movie review

👩‍💼 Priyanka Sharma June 26, 2019 ⏱️ 11:15 PM Simba Movie 2018 From the whistle blowing sequences for the front benchers to the flying cars for the kids and action lovers... he has it all to impress the audience and has now got a strong hold of the pulse of the audience !!! Don’t know how many of you can recall his first movie... “ Zameen “ in 2003 !! From 2003 to 2018... in 15 years... and with the “Golmaal” and “Singham” franchises behind along with a few other successful comedy movies. He decides to make another cop movie called “Simmba” and does a fantastic job and comes out with flying colours 👍 Simba review “Simmba” is a story about a young boy who wants to become a police officer when he grows up but for all the wrong reasons... firstly to have the power to do anything and then to earn money through all the wrong means !! Rohit Shetty movies always have a grand entry sequence for the hero. and “Simmba” too doesn’t disappoint in this count. Ranveer Singh plays “Si...

Avenger 4 Movie’s real villain won’t be the Thanos.

Image
Thanos won't be a real villain in upcoming infinity war 2 It's definitely the darkest of the Marvel movies but still is incredible.  who the real villain of the Infinity War sequel is, and you’ll be just as surprised as us to learn it might not be Thanos. this is best way to undo the Snap without changing the future, The Heroes (Tony, Antman, Captain Marvel, Nebula, Thor, Rocket, Natasha, Rhodey, not Present Bruce Banner and Steve Rogers because they need both of them from past timeline) will travel to 2012 timeline of New York invasion(as seen in the set photos), all of them will go undercover to hide from their past selves, Tony & Antman will steal the Sceptre/Mind stone (for temporary use) and interrogate Loki to learn more about Thanos and his current whereabouts. some fan theories are better thought. Thanos of the past can also be the villain of the movie, killing him back in 2012 might not solve everything, especially if some of the heroes die i...

Movie review : aquaman

Image
I'm very familiar with Aquaman's origin story, and the movie clings close enough to the source material. He needed rescuing all the time. Look at dude now. I'm not saying that Jason Momoa is primarily responsible for rehabilitating Arthur Curry's image. Before him, Geoff Johns and Ivan Reis laid the groundwork in their 2011 comic book run. But because more people watch movies than read comics, Momoa gets credit for cementing Aquaman in our pop culture consciousness as a boss superhero and a legit badass. If I were to rank these DCEU movies, I'd put AQUAMAN behind WONDER WOMAN, with WONDER WOMAN being easily the best of the lot. You gots to give horrormeister James Wan his propers. He dives, unapologetically, into this hybrid of sci-fi and high fantasy. This movie skews closer to FLASH GORDON than it does to a superhero flick. It's audacious spectacle. It's undersea insanity, rife with mammoth crabs and seahorses mounted as war steeds, and leviat...

Movie review : Deadpool

Image
1. The opening credits of this movie may be my favorite opening credits scene ever. Not only does it set the mood, it's refreshingly honest. 2. This is NOT a superhero movie, no matter what you're thinking. Nobody saves the world here. Nobody wants to. 3. It's about a ex-special forces soldier named Wade who is now an underworld mercenary. He finds a screwed-up girlfriend and they have lots of kinky sex. When he discovers he has cancer, he accepts a shady offer from a weirdo who says he can help. 4. The movie is set in the X-Men universe, and it's Wade's hidden mutant genes that trigger the changes that Wade both hopes and fears. 5. The movie is full of swearing and raunchy, smart-ass humor. And it's like a pop culture quiz show - almost every other thing Wade says is a reference to something else. There are some interesting meta-moments, like breaking the fourth wall inside of breaking the fourth wall. And Reynolds even refers to himself (the a...
